We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and content you submit such as property listings or enquiry messages. We also automatically collect usage data, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. If you list a property, your submission includes property details, location, pricing, and uploaded images.

We use your information to operate and improve the platform, facilitate communication between enquirers and property listers, send you service-related messages, comply with our legal obligations, and protect the security of the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

We process your data where it is necessary for the performance of a contract, for our legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and service improvement), with your consent, or to meet a legal requirement. Under the NDPA 2023, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We may share your information with: (a) our hosting provider (Hostinger UAB) for the operation of the platform; (b) payment processors when payment features are activated; (c) law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by Nigerian law. We require all third parties to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. After account deletion, we may retain certain records for up to five (5) years where required by law or for the resolution of disputes.

Our platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

You have the right to: request access to the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); object to certain processing; and lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at ndpc.gov.ng.

Our platform is not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
