Subscription Packages

This document describes the subscription plans available on Nigerent, their features, pricing, and the terms that apply to each.

1. Definitions

"Subscriber" means a user who signs up to a paid Nigerent plan. "Package" means a bundle of platform features offered for a recurring fee. "Billing Cycle" means the recurring period, monthly or annually, for which a package is purchased.

2. Package Features

Each package unlocks a defined set of features, which may include listing limits, visibility boosts, a public catalogue page, lead management tools, and priority support. The exact features of each package are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing Information

Package prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira and may be billed monthly or annually, with annual plans sometimes offered at a discount. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice, and any change takes effect from your next billing cycle.

4. Subscription Benefits

Subscribers receive the features of their chosen package for the duration of the billing cycle, together with any promotional benefits advertised at the time of purchase. Benefits are personal to the subscriber and may not be transferred or resold.

5. Applicable Terms

All packages are subject to these terms, the Premium Agent Subscription Agreement or Public Catalogue Subscription Agreement where relevant, and the platform's general Terms of Use. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the Billing, Payment & Refund Policy.

Premium Agent Subscription Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for subscribing to the Nigerent Premium Agent plan.

1. Subscription Obligations

By subscribing to the Premium Agent plan, you agree to pay the applicable fee for each billing cycle and to use the plan in accordance with these terms and the platform's Terms of Use. You are responsible for keeping your account and billing details accurate.

2. Service Access Terms

The Premium Agent plan grants access to enhanced features such as increased listing capacity, priority placement, verified agent status, and advanced lead tools. Access begins once payment is confirmed and continues for the duration of the paid billing cycle.

3. Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, the plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, using your saved payment method. We will notify you before an annual renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to premium features continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by the Billing, Payment & Refund Policy.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate the plan where fees are unpaid or where these terms or the Terms of Use are breached. On termination, premium features are removed and your account reverts to the free tier.

Public Catalogue Subscription Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms for subscribing to and maintaining a Nigerent Public Catalogue page.

1. Eligibility Requirements

A Public Catalogue page is available to registered agents and property businesses with a verified account in good standing. Nigerent may require identity or business verification before activating a catalogue page.

2. Subscription Conditions

The Public Catalogue is provided as a paid subscription that renews each billing cycle. Your catalogue remains active for as long as the subscription is paid and in good standing.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content on your catalogue page, including listings, branding, and contact details. Content must comply with the Property Listing Policy and must not be misleading, unlawful, or infringing.

4. Content and Availability

Nigerent may review catalogue pages and may edit, pause, or remove content that breaches this agreement. We aim to keep catalogue pages available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel the Public Catalogue subscription at any time. On cancellation or non-payment, the catalogue page is deactivated at the end of the current paid period.

Commission Agreement

This agreement governs commissions payable on transactions facilitated through the Nigerent platform.

1. Commission Rates

Where a commission applies, the applicable rate is disclosed before the relevant transaction or in your subscription terms. Rates may vary by transaction type, such as rentals, shortlets, or sales.

2. Payment Terms

Commissions become payable once the relevant transaction is completed. Payments are made through the approved payment method within the timeframe stated at the point of agreement.

3. Transaction Responsibilities

The parties to a transaction are responsible for conducting it lawfully and for providing accurate information. Nigerent facilitates introductions and, where applicable, collects commission, but is not a party to the underlying transaction.

4. Obligations of the Parties

Each party agrees to act in good faith, to honour agreed commissions, and not to circumvent the platform to avoid payable commission. Attempts to bypass the platform to evade commission may result in suspension.

5. Disputes

Commission disputes should be raised promptly through the Complaint & Dispute Resolution Policy. Nigerent may withhold disputed amounts until the matter is resolved.

Business Services Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms for agencies, developers, and corporate clients using Nigerent business services.

1. Service Scope

Business services may include bulk listing management, team accounts, branded catalogue pages, lead tools, and dedicated support. The specific services provided are those set out in your order or business plan.

2. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings and content, for managing access granted to their team members, and for using the services in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.

3. Commercial Terms

Fees, billing frequency, and any minimum term are as stated in your order. Unless agreed otherwise, business plans renew each billing cycle and are subject to the Billing, Payment & Refund Policy.

4. Support and Availability

We aim to provide the agreed level of support and to keep the services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

5. Term and Termination

Either party may end the services in accordance with the agreed notice terms. On termination, access to business services ends and any outstanding fees become payable.
