A. Early Cancellations (within 48 hours of booking): i. Cancellation within 2 hours of booking A full refund will be granted, provided the check-in time is not less than 2 hours away. Where check-in is less than 2 hours away, the booking becomes non-refundable, however, the guest may provide a replacement guest for the same booking. ii. Cancellation after 2 hours but within 48 hours of booking A full refund will be granted only if the check-in date is at least 7 days away at the time of cancellation. If the check-in date is less than 7 days away, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation. B. Late Cancellations (check-in less than 7 days away): i. In the event of a late cancellation, cash refunds are not applicable. Instead, the guest will receive company credit equal to the booking value. This credit may be applied to a future booking of the same duration, subject to availability and excluding peak periods. Where the applicable rate for the future booking is higher, the guest will be required to pay the difference before check-in. ii. In exceptional circumstances where a refund is formally requested, up to 50% of the booking value may be approved at the sole discretion of management.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment verification. Payment alone does not guarantee a reservation until confirmation has been issued. The platform reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment cannot be verified.

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the guest's designated bank account within the applicable processing period. Refundable caution fees are returned within 24–48 hours after checkout, subject to property inspection and confirmation that there are no damages, missing items, or outstanding charges.

Guests are required to comply with all house rules and use the property responsibly throughout their stay. The registered guest is responsible for any damages, losses, or violations that occur during the booking period. Check-in and check-out must take place within the specified times, and any special requests are subject to host approval and availability.
