Stay Policy
HOUSE RULES: ▪️ Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and around common areas of the building. ▪️ Occupancy The maximum number of guests allowed is 2 adults per room. ▪️ Parties Parties or loud music are strictly not allowed. ▪️ Decorations Decorating the property (including hanging, sticking or pasting things on the walls or ceiling) is not allowed and would result in caution fee forfeiture and additional charges to offset repair cost of damage(s). ▪️ Repositioning Furniture In order to avoid damage, movement/repositioning of furniture is not allowed. ▪️ Video Shoots Commercial video shoots are not allowed without prior approval. ▪️ Check-in & Check-Out Check-in time is 2pm, while check-out time is 12pm. It is extremely important that guests respect the check-out rule in order not to be held responsible for the delay of the scheduled check-in of the next guest, or outright cancellation of booking by same, which may result in loss of revenue. Management will allow an additional 15 minutes grace period to check-out, after which the caution fee paid will be forfeited if the guest fails to vacate the property by 12:15pm at the latest. CLEANING ▪️Cleaning and change of beddings is done every two days. Requests for cleaning and change of beddings outside the regular 2 days interval attracts a N10k charge per cleaning.
