Guests may cancel their booking at any time; however, refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation. Guests receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Certain properties may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

All bookings must be paid in full before check-in unless otherwise stated. Reservations are only confirmed upon successful payment. Additional charges for damages, extra services, or policy violations may be deducted from the caution fee or billed separately where applicable.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the property's cancellation policy. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. The caution fee, where applicable, is refundable and will be returned within 24–48 hours after checkout, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Guests are expected to comply with all house rules and property guidelines throughout their stay. Check-in and check-out times must be observed unless prior arrangements have been approved. Any damage, excessive cleaning requirements, unauthorized guests, or violations of property rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
