Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if notice is provided at least fourteen (14) days before check-in. Cancellations made on the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to two (2) nights' stay, which will be deducted from the amount paid.

Reservations are confirmed only upon successful payment. Payment validates and secures the booking for the selected dates, while the refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 is held as a security deposit and returned after checkout, subject to property inspection.

Booking payments are non-refundable; however, the amount paid may be used as credit toward a future reservation within one (1) month of the original booking date, subject to availability. The ₦100,000 caution fee is refundable after checkout, provided the property is returned in good condition with no damages or outstanding charges.

Guests must comply with all house rules during their stay. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. A minimum stay of one (1) night applies, check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Guests are responsible for any damages or violations that occur during their reservation.
